1. Upholding decision no. 4 (87-2026-50) dated 05.02.2026 of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime regarding the disposition regarding the appellants Erjon Ismaili and Gëzim Hoxha.
2. Amending decision no. 4 (87-2026-50) dated 05.02.2026 of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime regarding the appellant Mirlinda Karçanaj.
a. The imposition of the security measure "Prohibition of leaving the country", provided for by Article 233 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, ordering the person under investigation, Mirlinda Karçanaj, not to leave the territory of the Republic of Albania without the authorization of the court.
b. Assigning the security measure "Obligation to report to the judicial police", provided for by Article 234 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, ordering the person under investigation Mirlinda Karçanaj to report to the judicial police, on the first and third Tuesday of each month, at 10:00.
3. The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime is charged with the execution of this decision.
