US President Donald Trump said he had warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about the unacceptability of attacking Iranian oil and gas facilities.
According to The Wallstreet Journal, he made this statement during a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi at the White House.
"I told him not to do it again and he won't do it," said the Washington administration chief.
According to Trump, the United States and Israel act independently, but at the same time coordinate their efforts: “Every now and then he does something, and if I don’t like it, then we don’t do it.”
