Democratic Party MPs and supporters joined the student protest in Tirana this Saturday, marching from the Prime Minister's Office to the Ministry of Education, where young people have gathered to continue their rally against the government.
The opposition march comes on the 19th day of student protests, during which young people have demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Protesters have moved from the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard towards the Ministry of Education, in a sign of support for the students and their demands.
The protest called by the Democratic Party is taking place without the presence of its leader, Sali Berisha, while MPs and opposition representatives are participating in the march.
