Just two weeks after the start of the season, KF Tirana has decided to terminate its cooperation with coach Vangjel Mile.
The white and blue club officially announced that the parties have agreed to end the contract "consensually", after a meeting between the technician and the board of directors. According to the official statement, this decision was taken for strategic reasons and in function of the club's objectives, considering it the best solution at the moment. Mile, who started the season on the white and blue bench, leaves without having managed to put his stamp on the team, after managing only two official matches, collecting only 1 point.
"Tirana thanks Vangjel Milen for the contribution and correctness shown during this period," the club's announcement reads.
This is the first major change in the blue and white team for the new season, and it is expected that Mila's successor on the bench will be named in the coming days.
