Paris Saint-Germain has decided to reward its employees with huge financial bonuses after an extraordinary 2024/25 season, considered one of the most successful in the club's history.
After winning the first UEFA Champions League and dominating domestic competitions, the Parisian club managed to generate record revenues, reportedly around 837 million euros, reflecting success both on the pitch and in commercial terms.
According to L'Équipe, the general director, Victoriano Melero, has informed staff of the bonus package. It includes a collective bonus of around 4,500 euros for 2025, as well as an additional payment of 640 euros in 2026.
This bonus benefits around 700 employees of the club, in different sectors, as a form of appreciation for their contribution to a historic season, where success was not limited to the European arena, but in the entire seasonal performance.
