Nike has admitted that the new kits designed for the 2026 World Cup have a manufacturing defect.
The company recently unveiled the collection that will be used by some of the biggest national teams, including France, England, Brazil and Croatia, which it sponsors. However, the new collection appears to be facing a technical problem.
According to reports, the kits have a stitching error that creates a noticeable effect in the shoulder area. This defect is not expected to be corrected in the short term, as millions of kits have already been produced and distributed on the market.
Due to logistical challenges, Nike is unable to withdraw the products from circulation.
