A day after raising the price, the Transparency Board has again reduced the price of fuel in the country today.
According to the announcement, the retail ceiling price for diesel has been reduced to 209 lek per liter, while gasoline to 175 lek per liter, reflecting a corrective trend following recent market fluctuations.
The decision, which comes into effect immediately at 4:00 PM on Saturday, also stipulates that the wholesale price of diesel will be no more than 197 lek per liter and that of gasoline 163 lek per liter.
The prices will remain in effect until the next Board meeting.
