An international network in the service of the criminal group that, according to SPAK, was led by Ergys Agasi, could have helped the former director of the State Intelligence Service, Vlora Hyseni, escape from Albania if she were not placed under house arrest.
This is the argument that the Special Prosecution Office presented to the court when it requested the security measure for the former head of the secret service, after discovering several communications between Agassi and two Israeli citizens.
In the file, the two foreign nationals are identified by the pseudonyms “Shalev I.” and “Srulik EK.” Their communications, mediated by Ergys Agasi, are mentioned in connection with matters related to Vlora Hyseni.
"The communications mediated by Mr. Ergys Agasi with foreign citizens (identified by the pseudonyms 'Shalev I.' and 'Srulik EK'), who are mentioned in connection with matters related to the head of the secret service, reasonably indicate the presence of an international network serving the interests of the criminal group, a network that increases the concrete degree of risk that Ms. Hyseni, if she remained at large, would have privileged access to channels of escape or concealment that are beyond the effective control of the prosecuting authorities," the file states.
Vlora Hyseni is under house arrest, accused of supporting the perpetrator of the crime and leaking state secrets.
