Sofjan Jaupaj, the Minister of the Environment who no one yet knows is who he is, went today to the Tirana incinerator, the symbol of corruption, and gave a lecture on waste encapsulation.
The Minister recited a few words, presenting this landfill as if nothing had happened there before. It even seemed as if he had no idea that this was a place and facility that was under investigation by SPAK. He spoke about waste separation at source, environmental education and the circular economy.
"Albania does not have the luxury of having many landfills because it is a small territory," said Minister Jaupaj, among other things.
In fact, the place where Rama's minister went today is a crime scene. Hundreds of millions of euros were squandered from the state budget to supposedly build the Tirana incinerator there. To this day, there is no incinerator, while the money was paid into the phantom concession.
And as if this weren't enough, today we also have to see a "pupac" of Rama who talks about environmental education and a circular economy, in a country that is a scene of crime and corruption under the rule of Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj.
