Etleva Deda, the special judge who decides the fate of Erion Veliaj

The electronic lottery has selected special judge Etleva Deda for the preliminary hearing of the criminal case against the mayor of Tirana, Erjon Veliaj, his wife Ajola Xoxa and 28 other defendants.

Yesterday, SPAK completed the investigations and submitted the criminal file for trial. Veliaj is accused of 13 criminal offenses, while Xoxa has been charged with 11 charges.
