The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, is seeking the invalidation of the acts of the investigative file, alleging procedural violations by SPAK.
In a 77-page document submitted to the Special Court, Veliaj lists what he says are violations committed during the investigations and emphasizes that "justice cannot be selective."
Veliaj has been in custody since February 10 of this year. He is charged with corruption, money laundering, and concealment of assets.
