The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has announced that the next opposition protest will take place in Tirana on May 8, the day before Europe Day.
In a press conference held on Friday, Berisha declared that this date constitutes an important moment for opposition mobilization.
"May 8, an important day. Albanians will gather in the streets and squares of Tirana in their most powerful peaceful uprising the country has ever known, against Edi Rama and the drug ministers," he said.
