Despite the SPAK investigation that revealed a structured criminal group that ordered the kidnapping of businessmen and forced them to withdraw from tenders under threat, the AKSHI in cooperation with the Public Procurement Commission continue to favor companies owned by Ermal Beqiri or companies indirectly controlled by him. The latter is wanted as one of the leaders of the criminal group along with Ergys Agas.
