Nikla is shocked. A person was shot to death with a firearm. The incident occurred around 18:15, in the village of Vrion, Nikël.
The victim was identified as Artur Çangu, while the suspected perpetrator, Eduart Afmataj, was declared wanted.
From the preliminary investigation, the perpetrator had a fight a few days ago with the victim's sons. It is suspected that the fight between them occurred for property reasons. Afmataj is a son-in-law in the Çangu family. After the argument, he apparently decided to confront Artur Çangu. As soon as they confronted each other in Vrion, Afmataj shot him dead.
