The Criminal Court of Kosovo has set the security measure "prison arrest" for Renardo Nallbani, arrested two days ago in a villa in Palasa, as part of the investigations into the Tirana incinerator.
Nallbani is suspected of committing three criminal offenses: "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization" and "Structured criminal group".
During the hearing, Nallban's lawyer requested a more lenient security measure, offering financial guarantees. The request, however, was rejected by the court, which decided that he remain in prison during the investigation.
