The former mayor of Divjaka, Fredi Kokoneshi, has been indicted on charges of abuse of office. Dorjan Spaho, Andi Bullari and Ledio Xharo have also been indicted for the same criminal offense.
Kokoneshi is accused of committing illegal acts, together with his subordinates in the Municipality, during the procedure of leasing several properties that were used for solar plants with a 10-year term of use. It turns out that the lands were registered as agricultural land.
The investigations have been completed and the file has been submitted for trial to the Criminal Court of Kosovo.
The draw has determined Judge Erion Çela for consideration in the preliminary hearing.
