Benjamin Netanyahu, in his speech to the Israeli Parliament, declared that "our enemies now understand how strong and how determined Israel is."
"They understand that the attack on Israel on October 7 was a catastrophic mistake. They understand that Israel is strong and that Israel is here to stay," he said.
Netanyahu also added that Israel has paid a high price for the war in Gaza, but hailed the return of the hostages today as an "important day."
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during his speech in Parliament, where US President Donald Trump is present, expressed appreciation for the latter.
He said Trump was the one who told the world; Don't forget October. He says Donald Trump's name will also be engraved in the history of Israel, "and in the history of humanity."
Benjamin Netanyahu concluded his speech in Parliament by saying he had submitted Donald Trump's nomination to become the first non-Israeli winner of the Israel Prize - the country's highest award.
He even joked about the Nobel Peace Prize after the US president was not awarded the prize last week, but Netanyahu tells him "you will get it."
