Mossad was active "in the heart of Tehran" during the US-Israeli attack on Iran, said the director of the Israeli intelligence service, David Barnea, at a ceremony for Holocaust Remembrance Day.
"We provided accurate information to the Air Force and destroyed missiles that threatened Israel," he said.
"But our mission is not yet complete. Our campaign will continue and achieve results even in the period after the attacks in Tehran," he added.
According to him, the Mossad mission will end "only when this radical regime is replaced."
"Regime change is our mission. We will not stand idly by, observing an existential threat," he stressed.
