A TNT attack occurred last night in Gjirokastra. A moving car with two people inside exploded in the city center, leaving one person dead and one injured.
The serious incident occurred around 10:00 PM when the explosives placed in the "Benz" type vehicle exploded while in motion. The driver of the vehicle, Beqir Devolli, died in the ambulance while being transported to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.
Meanwhile, the passenger Rigers Mela, according to doctors, is out of danger. There are suspicions that Rigers Mela may have been the target of the mafia assassination. A group of serious crimes investigators is investigating the circumstances of the incident.
