The Democratic Party Parliamentary Group has submitted two lawsuits to the Constitutional Court.
It is learned that the DP is seeking to repeal the unilateral changes to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, as well as to repeal the decree of the virtual minister "Diella".
It is learned that the Democratic Party has filed a request with the Constitutional Court to repeal, as incompatible with the Constitution, the majority's unilateral changes to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.
Also, in a second lawsuit, the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party asks the Court to annul, as unconstitutional, the President's decree on "the establishment and functioning of the Virtual Minister of Artificial Intelligence Diella".
