Sali Berisha leader has expressed criticism of the organization of the protest held on May 8, emphasizing that the responsible structures should have better managed the engagement of the deputies during the rally.
In today's statement to the media, Berisha responded to journalists' interest regarding the low participation in the protest and the absence of MPs' family members at such gatherings.
He stated that there is still no clear agreement on where MPs should position themselves during protests, whether next to protest leaders or among citizens and the structures of the areas they represent.
"The MPs as a whole have all been in the protest. It is a matter of discussion where they should stand; some are thinking of leading the protest, while others are close to the citizens of their areas. This has not yet received a final answer," Berisha declared.
He added that organizers should improve coordination in such activities, while emphasizing that the protest was peaceful and no police officers were injured.
