The GJKKO has ordered the measure of "arrest in prison" for Bledar Cafin, who was arrested in Shkodër as part of the operation codenamed "Muri i Lartë", while Indrit Dokle has been re-declared wanted. The operation was carried out by the State Police and BKH, under the direction of SPAK, in Tirana and Shkodër.
Cafi, 50, was arrested at his apartment in Shkodra. According to the Police, the Criminal Court of Kosovo had ordered him to be remanded in custody on September 25 on suspicion of drug trafficking in collaboration with a structured criminal group, as well as other offenses related to a structured criminal group.
In the same operation, authorities also conducted searches in the premises belonging to Endri, alias Indri, Dokle. According to the Police, the 43-year-old, who had been wanted since 2024 and against whom the measure "prison arrest" had also been imposed, was not found in the apartment. The search for his location and capture continues.
Operation "High Wall" involved RENEA, the Special Operational Force, narcotics investigation structures, Shkodra Police, and the BKH, under the direction of SPAK.
