Jose Mourinho has imposed three new and mandatory rules for all Real Madrid players, as the Portuguese coach aims to restore discipline and success to the Madrid giants.
According to AS, the first rule is related to nutrition. The club's nutritionists will have a greater role in determining the players' daily menu, with the aim of optimizing sports performance.
The second rule is punctuality. Any player who is late to training will face an additional one-hour session in the gym. Mourinho requires players to be at the training center at least an hour before training starts.
The third rule relates to injuries. The rehabilitation of footballers must only take place in Valdebebas and under the supervision of the club, while treatments outside Real Madrid structures will not be allowed.
Mourinho aims through these measures to establish more discipline, unity and responsibility in the team, placing the group above the individual.
