The legal battle between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi has taken a significant turn. The 106th Civil Court of Buenos Aires has ruled in favor of the businesswoman, ordering the seizure of the footballer's share in the company Asociación Civil La Isla SA for $110,000 as alimony payment.
The decision, signed on August 19, 2025 and part of file 88891/2024, also includes Icardi's registration in the Registry of Defaulting Debtors, paving the way for further legal and financial complications. The judge based the decision on the lack of proof of payment by the footballer and ordered an additional payment of $3,500 in interest and enforcement costs.
In addition, the seizure of Icardi's villa in Buenos Aires, where he lived with his girlfriend China Suarez before returning to Turkey, was ordered. According to the decision, if Icardi returns to Argentina, he will not be able to leave the country until the legal obligations are completed.
