The Criminal Court of Kosovo has lifted the security measures against Ajola Xoxa. The former wife of the mayor of Tirana, was under a security measure requiring her to report to the judicial police and was prohibited from leaving the country.
The GJKKO has lifted the measures due to his health condition.
We recall that Xoxa requested the lifting of the mandatory appearance measure, arguing that she is pregnant and cannot appear at the prosecutor's office because doctors do not advise her to.
Ajola Xoxa and her husband Erion Veliaj are accused of corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets.
