The first court hearing was held at the Special Court against former head of prisons Agim Ismaili, accused of hacking SPAK systems along with Arnold Rrokaj and Zambak Gjon, former officials.
During the hearing, the lawyers requested to be familiarized with the decision of the judge of the previous hearing. "That decision has not been made available to us. We request that this hearing be interrupted so that we can become familiar with the decision," they emphasized.
SPAK stated that the defendant's request regarding the availability of the decision should be accepted, but that the detention periods for the defendants should be suspended.
The court, consulted on the spot, decided to accept the defense's request in order to have the decision of the previous session available to it. The court decided to suspend the detention periods until the next session, given that the reason for the postponement of the session was their request. The next session will be held on April 27.
