A road accident was recorded today on the Llogara-Vlora axis, in the Fushë Dukati area.
According to preliminary data, an Audi vehicle with license plate AB193PR, driven by a citizen EC, about 22 years old, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the metal side barriers of the road. As a result of the strong collision, part of the protective structure penetrated the vehicle, causing significant material damage.
The driver of the vehicle was immediately transported by ambulance to the Vlora Regional Hospital, where he is under the care of doctors and out of danger to his life.
According to preliminary information, it is suspected that the cause of the accident was high speed, while authorities are continuing investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
