The court hearing at the GJKKO in the case against Ilir Meta, Monika Kryemadhi and other persons investigated by SPAK has been postponed and will take place on May 11.
During today's hearing, Monika Kryemadhi requested that the defense be provided with the data from the mobile phone examination and environmental wiretaps, requesting full access to the investigative materials. The prosecution stated that these materials could be made available to the defense after the hearing.
Another procedural issue raised in the session was related to the legal representation of Fatime Kryemadhi, for which the court decided to give the defense time to resolve it.
Due to these procedural circumstances and the positions of the defense, the hearing was officially postponed. As a result, the detention periods for the detainees in this case, including Ilir Meta, have also been suspended.
The case is expected to return to trial on May 11, where the parties will appear again for the continuation of the judicial review.
