
After Maduro's arrest, Donald Trump has also warned the president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, saying that he should be careful because he is producing cocaine.
"He has to be careful," Trump said. The White House chief also confirmed that he stands by his previous statement regarding drug production and trafficking in Colombia.
"Yes, I think I stand by my first statement. He's producing cocaine. They're sending it to the United States. So he has to be vigilant."
At the press conference, the US president also spoke about the future of Venezuela and the possibility of using military forces on the ground.
