
Russian President Vladimir Putin has received an invitation to join the Gaza Peace Board and this possibility is being considered, Kremlin spokesman Dimitry Peskov told reporters.
According to him, President Putin has received an invitation through diplomatic channels to join this Peace Board.
"We are currently studying all the details of this proposal. We hope to contact the American side to clarify all the details," Peskov said.
Earlier, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's spokesman said that US leader Donald Trump had invited his Kazakh counterpart to join the Peace Board for the management of the Gaza Strip and that Kazakhstan would become one of the founding states.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that leaders of several other countries have received offers from the US to join the body. The council is expected to begin work during the second phase of the peace plan, which was agreed by Israel and the Palestinian movement Hamas in October 2025, with the mediation of Egypt, Qatar, the US and Turkey./Skye News.
