After transferring to Burnley for 20 million pounds, Armando Broja returns to the top of the list of the most expensive footballers of the Albanian national team. The red and black striker, who joined the English club from Chelsea, left behind Kristjan Asllani and Ernest Muçi in the ranking.
The move to Burnley has significantly increased Broja's value in the transfer market, making him the leader among the Rossoneri again. Although his valuation has been higher in the past, the last two seasons have been affected by serious injuries, which have reduced his quotas in the international market. Now, at the age of 23, Broja returns as the highest reference point in financial terms for the Albanian National Team.
In second place in this ranking is Kristjan Asllani. The Inter midfielder, who is expected to leave the Blues during the transfer window, is valued at 13 million euros by the specialized portal "Transfermarkt". However, Inter aims to benefit from no less than 15 million euros from his sale.
Ernest Muçi completes the podium. The Besiktas striker, transferred from Legia Warsaw for around 10 million euros, has maintained the same market value even after his performances in the Turkish championship.
The top five of the most expensive Albanian footballers are completed by Mirlind Daku and Myrto Uzuni. Daku, who plays for Rubin Kazan, has a value of 8 million euros, while Uzuni, who decided to continue his career in MLS with the Austin FC team, is valued at 7.5 million euros.
Marash Kumbulla, Anis Mehmeti, Berat Gjimshiti, Ardian Ismajli and Mario Mitaj are also listed in the top ten most valuable red and black footballers in the transfer market.
This ranking shows that Albanian footballers are maintaining a steady presence in the international transfer market, with some of them expected to make significant moves during this season, further increasing their financial values and the prestige of the National Team.
