
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, announced that she had a telephone conversation with the senior official of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs at the State Department, Brandon Hanrahan, where she emphasized the importance of partnership with the US.
"Today I had a phone conversation with @StateEUR Bureau Senior Official Brandon Hanrahan, during which I focused on the importance of maintaining our strong alliance and ensuring close coordination with our key partner," Osmani wrote in a post on X.
She emphasized that the partnership with the US has been crucial for Kosovo.
"The strong alliance with the US has always been to the benefit of our people, national security, regional stability, and Euro-Atlantic integration," Osmani wrote.
The President confirmed her commitment to working with the administration of the new American president.
"As president of my country, I will engage with the administration of President Donald Trump to preserve and protect our alliance based on trust and mutual cooperation," she concluded.
