Money can buy happiness in some form, but that doesn't mean money is everything.
A recent study has found that people who value time more than they have are happier.
A 2010 study found a link between happiness and salary. The study found that people who earn more money are happier until their salary reaches $75,000.
Researchers at UCLA and Wharton had studied this more thoroughly and looked at how time affects these results.
Through numerous experiments and surveys, they discovered that two-thirds of respondents said they preferred money over time.
"Throughout our research, we asked thousands of Americans whether they preferred time or money. Although most people chose money, choosing time was associated with greater happiness."
This could perhaps be because people who want more time already have a lot of money.
However, it is good to know that money makes us happy, but at the end of the day it is just a tool. There are more important things that affect the happiness of every person.
