The Vlora Prosecutor's Office has completed the investigations and has sent 4 former officials of the Himara IMT to trial for abuse of office and 3 citizens for illegal construction.
From the investigations into criminal proceedings no. 704 of 2021, which concerns illegal constructions in "Kodra e Rrapojve", Himara, it resulted that these citizens, in the exercise of their public functions, acted contrary to the law, violating the legitimate interests of the state and/or other entities.
As above, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Vlora, sends the following citizens to trial:
MB, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Illegal Construction", provided for by Article 199/a/4 of the Criminal Code;
BM, accused of committing the criminal offense of “Illegal construction” provided for by Article 199/a/4 of the Criminal Code;
Sh.T., accused of committing the criminal offense of “Illegal construction” provided for by Article 199/a/4 of the Criminal Code;
RH, previously serving as Chief Inspector of the IMT Municipality of Himara, was accused of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code;
MN, previously unconvicted, who has exercised the duty of chief inspector of the IMT Municipality of Himara, accused of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code;
EZ, who has exercised the duty of inspector of the IMT Municipality of Himara, is accused of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of office" provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code; and
RK, who previously served as an inspector of the IMT Municipality of Himara, was accused of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of office" provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code.
