The Special Court, which is reviewing criminal charges against businessman Pëllumb Gjoka and citizens Behar Bajri Brajovic and Edmon Preka, who are defendants in the murder of Gjin Ndoji in August 2020, accepted the lawyers' requests for evidence, including the sending of a new letter of request to France to clarify the source of the SKY ECC data.
During the process this Thursday, the lawyers were also granted a request to take as evidence a decision by the Dutch judicial authorities, which did not allow the mass interception of SKY ECC users in 2019.
In the next session, the questioning of SPAK witnesses will begin, where the first to testify is Jozi Kraja alias Ndoj, the brother of the victim Gjin Ndoj, who has been extradited from Switzerland, after being accused in the Revanshi file, and then the victim's girlfriend.
