The Special Court has confirmed the security measure of "prison arrest" against the four suspects as perpetrators of the kidnapping and murder of 23-year-old Renis Dobra. These are the suspects Petrit Çakraj and the brothers Aleksandër, Kristi and Fatjon Bushgjokaj.
Renis Dobra was kidnapped and murdered, and then an attempt was made to throw his body into Lake Shkopet, to make it look like an accident. During the crash, the body fell out of the vehicle, and then the shocking crime was revealed.
It is suspected that Dobra was killed over drug-related issues. He had previously been arrested in Germany for drug dealing and had arrived in Albania after his release.
