The student protest has entered its 19th day, as young people and citizens gathered this Saturday in front of the Ministry of Education in Tirana, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the removal of the government.
Young Albanians living abroad have also joined the protest, expressing support for the students' demands.
One of the young people from the diaspora stressed the importance of involving Albanians living abroad in Albania's political and social developments. He stated that the country needs the contribution of the diaspora, while calling for the departure of Edi Rama and Sali Berisha from politics.
Meanwhile, students continue to insist on the demand for Prime Minister Rama's resignation, rejecting any possibility of dialogue with him.
They have declared that the demand for the removal of the head of government is non-negotiable, while the protests have been continuing for 19 days.
