The Special Court of Appeal upheld the house arrest measure for Vlora Hyseni, the former head of the State Intelligence Service, suspected of links to Ergys Agas.
The hearing was held yesterday, but due to the high sensitivity of the case, the decision was postponed to this Wednesday. Vlora Hyseni did not participate in the hearing, but was represented by her lawyer.
Hyseni is accused of aiding Ergys Agas in his escape, as well as of leaking state secrets. Agas is accused of being the head of a criminal group operating within AKSHI.
