A quantity of explosive material exploded this morning in the "Çlirimi" neighborhood of the city of Elbasan.
As a result of the explosion, the outer door of the apartment owned by citizen Shefki Frakulli, 69 years old, was damaged.
The explosion caused material damage.
Investigators suspect that the amount of explosives was placed as a warning message.

In the "Çlirimi" neighborhood, the outer door of the fence of the apartment of citizen Sh. F., 69 years old, was damaged, suspected to be with explosives. As a result, only material damage was caused.
The investigative team continues its actions to clarify the circumstances, identify and apprehend the perpetrator(s).
