The price of oil in Albania has increased again, just one day after it was reduced by 1 lek per liter. The Transparency Board has decided to increase the price of oil by 6 lek per liter, once again changing the prices of fuels in the market.
The new decision comes during a period of frequent price fluctuations, while the changes directly affect vehicle drivers and businesses that use fuel in their activities.
The maximum prices set by the Transparency Board are binding on wholesale and retail trading operators and remain in force until further decision.
Operators who do not respect the approved prices risk administrative measures, including suspension of activity.
