On August 3, 2015, the Kosovo Assembly approved constitutional amendments that enabled the creation of the Specialist Chambers and the Specialist Prosecutor's Office, widely known as the Specialist Court, writes Mekulipress , reported Nistori.
According to the Assembly's electronic voting document, 88 deputies were present in the hall. 82 voted "for", five "against", while one deputy abstained.
The document also shows the individual votes of the deputies. The changes were voted for by deputies from the PDK, LDK, the Serbian List, and representatives of other parliamentary groups.

The submitted document marks "Yes" for all LDK names visible on the list .
Serbian List and community MPs
The Serbian List MPs presented in the document also voted for the constitutional amendments: Milena Milicevic, Bojan Mitic, Serdjan Popovic, Slavko Simic, Slobodan Petrovic, Sasa Milosavljevic, Milika Vuletic, Jasmina Zivkovic, Jelena Bontic and Adem Hodza.
Blerim Shala, Melihate Tërmkolli, Mufera Seherica-Sinik, Duda Balje, Danush Ademi, Kujtim Paçaku, Fikrim Damka, Cerim Bajrami, Nenad Rasic and Emilija Redzepi also voted "for", according to the parliamentary affiliation noted in the document.
The document also lists MPs Margarita Kadriu-Ukelli and Shaip Muja as voting "for".
