The US is strengthening its military presence in Israel due to growing concerns about a potential conflict with Iran, as new photos are released showing US F-22 jets at Ovda Air Base.
According to the information provided, 12 F-22 aircraft are already at the base, while 13 more are expected during the day. Meanwhile, the USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier arrived in Israel today, marking a major concentration of US military capabilities in the region.
The US Embassy in Jerusalem announced that for security reasons, non-essential staff and their families may leave the country. Ambassador Mike Huckabee told embassy staff that anyone who wants to leave should do so immediately.
The move comes after threats from Iran to attack US bases in the event of an offensive, while Israel could be involved in a potential clash between Tehran and Washington.
