Among Android users, the most downloaded application is ChatGPT, which has gained popularity thanks to its numerous functions. This fact shows that Albanian users are increasingly inclined to use artificial intelligence to facilitate their daily work. In second place is the online shopping platform TEMU, which is experiencing rapid growth not only in Albania but throughout Europe. Roblox, one of the most popular games internationally, holds third place, reflecting the fact that the new generations in Albania are part of a global trend of virtual entertainment. The e-Albania application is also not missing from the Top 10 list, which testifies to the significant increase in the use of electronic public services through smartphones.
The panorama changes somewhat among App Store users, where Google Gemini, the most advanced artificial intelligence of the Google platform, is ranked first. This application is gaining more and more users and shows that artificial intelligence is not limited to just one program, but is emerging with different alternatives that users choose according to their needs. Behind it, in second place is ChatGPT, while in third place is Kuleta Digjitale, an application that has also attracted interest in the Albanian market.
