Another episode from the Belinda Balluku investigation file reveals communications between the people involved in the construction and maintenance of the swimming pool of the F6 villa in the White Rocks complex in Dhërmi, after the launch of the investigation by SPAK. In the testimony administered by the Special Prosecution, an employee of the company that carried out the works indicates that he was contacted by the person who had coordinated the construction of the swimming pool, who had asked him for information about the messages he had stored on his phone.
According to the investigation file, Matild Dragoti, an employee of the companies "Super Pool" and "Superbetonconstruction", stated that during 2020 he carried out works in the White Rocks complex, which included the installation of the swimming pool of the villa that SPAK suspects was used by Belinda Balluku.
Dragoti explained that he had maintained contact with Julian Kelon for the works, while the total value of the work and equipment amounted to around 6 thousand euros.
In his testimony, Dragoti states that Kelo had told him that the pool belonged to a well-known person. Later, according to him, he learned that it was Belinda Balluku.
But the most interesting episode relates to the communication that took place in July 2026, when investigations into the alleged hidden assets were underway.
According to the testimony, Julian Kelo had called Dragoti via WhatsApp and asked him if he had saved messages about the work on the swimming pool at the White Rocks complex. Dragoti stated that Kelo had told him that he had been summoned to the prosecutor's office and did not want to have any communications regarding this pool.
The witness subsequently claimed that he had deleted the messages exchanged with Julian Kelon.
In the same file, SPAK has administered financial documents of the company "SuperPool Kimya", where tables with the names "Balluku" and "Maxi Belindas" have been identified, related to the supply and maintenance of the swimming pool.
According to the statement of administrator Mirand Seferi, the "Balluku" sign contained equipment and materials supplied for the swimming pool, while "Maksi Belinda" referred to Maksim Ethemaj, who was responsible for its maintenance.
Thus, in addition to financial documents and evidence on the use of the villa, the SPAK file also included a declaration for the deletion of communications related to the pool works.
